Henry is a highly qualified Clinical Psychologist, backed by eight years of rigorous university study and training. After completing his undergraduate degree in Psychology, he pursued a Master of Clinical Psychology at The University of Western Australia (UWA) and further enriched his academic portfolio with a PhD research project conducted in collaboration with UWA and the University of Amsterdam (UvA), focusing on the interplay between emotions and alcohol use. Henry's professional journey spans both public and private healthcare sectors, and he contributes to the academic field as an occasional Lecturer at UWA.

In his therapeutic practice, Henry provides individual therapy to address a wide array of concerns, including mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), alcohol and substance use issues, sleep disturbances, chronic pain, and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Additionally, he offers couples therapy, subject to availability. Henry is proficient in contemporary evidence-based cognitive-behavioural therapies, notably Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), aiming to help individuals manage symptoms effectively, tackle root causes, and cultivate a fulfilling life.
