I've been dedicated to the mental health field since 2008, working in various settings across schools, hospitals, and community environments in both the UK and Australia. My journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with honours from the University of Manchester, where I supported both deaf and hearing young people and adults. My passion for mental health led me to Darwin, Northern Territory, where I spent six years providing psychosocial support, early intervention for children and families, and mental health education in remote communities. I completed my Masters in Clinical Psychology at Charles Darwin University, gaining experience in diverse clinical settings.

My clinical work spans across children, teenagers, and adults, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and cognitive difficulties. I have a keen interest in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), which was enhanced by specialist training in ASD assessment. My approach to therapy is collaborative, warm, and compassionate, aiming to develop personalised strategies to support well-being. I utilise evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness approaches, working from our two PPS offices in Mandurah and Perth. My goal is to provide a supportive space to explore challenges and foster growth.
